Selling your home
One fixed fee, paid only when we sell.
0.75%+ VAT of the agreed sale price

What your selling fee includes

- End-to-end progression. We manage the sale to completion, liaising with solicitors, surveyors and agents.

Let & Collect
7.5% + VAT of monthly rent
£295 + VAT one-off setup fee
Partially managed. We find and set up the tenancy and collect the rent; you look after inspections and maintenance.
