Let & Collect
7.5% + VAT of monthly rent
£295 + VAT one-off setup fee
Partially managed. We find and set up the tenancy and collect the rent; you look after inspections and maintenance.

A completely hands-off service. Everything in Let & Collect, and we run the tenancy day to day so you don’t have to.
