Proof of Address – YOU MUST SUBMIT PROOF OF ADDRESS FOR ALL LEGAL BUYER
Upload an image or file of a recent utility bill (dated within the last three months) showing your current address. This confirms your residency details.
Funding Details
Provide information about how you plan to fund your purchase, including evidence of financial resources or funding arrangements.
Decision in Principle
If using a mortgage, upload a copy of your Decision in Principle. This serves as preliminary approval from your mortgage lender and confirms your borrowing capacity.
Please note, we cannot remove the property from the market until this process is fully complete.
